   This one is not always easy but it is always good to meet the suppliers face to face. It also helps you to understand how things work. Also, no matter a voice call or video call can help you to learn more how the company works and how the people you are talking with.                                                                                                              
4. Deal with an English speaker.
   If you need to use translations just to talk, imagine the confusions and problems that are going to occur down the track. Find a supplier that speaks English.
